I wanted to do something creative with merging the splash illustration and what happened at the end of the last chapter.

The name of this chapter loosely originates from a piece of dialogue I wrote in a previous version. “It’s like someone threw up Pepto Bismol and sparkly pink cake!” Ironically, Charlie’s room wallpaper isn’t pink. But most of everything else is pink though. :’)
